I am a dedicated obesity medicine physician, a specialist in family medicine, a certified lifestyle medicine physician and a practitioner of psychodietetics. I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw. In 2020, I was among the first dozen or so healthcare professionals in Poland to become certified lifestyle medicine physicians (IBLM Diplomate). The certification was awarded by the Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine (PTMSŻ) under the auspices of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM). I also hold a certificate from the Polish Society for the Treatment of Obesity (PTLO), confirming the completion of training in comprehensive obesity management. In addition, I completed postgraduate studies in psychodietetics at WSB Merito University. My primary area of professional interest is obesity treatment. My educational background allows me to take a holistic approach to patient care, considering the many factors that contribute to the development and persistence of obesity. I aim to provide effective, individually tailored treatment that takes into account each patient’s lifestyle, circumstances and capabilities. In my practice, I place great importance on collaboration and building a partnership with my patients. My approach is free from judgement and focused on providing understanding, encouragement and support at every stage of treatment. I regularly attend scientific conferences on obesity medicine, lifestyle medicine and family medicine, enabling me to provide care in line with the latest clinical guidelines. I have also delivered lectures and led workshops at several conferences, primarily focusing on obesity treatment. As a family medicine specialist, I care for patients of all ages. In my obesity medicine practice, however, I focus on treating adults. “Both a doctor and a human being.” This is the greatest compliment I have ever received from a patient, and it reflects the kind of physician I always strive to be.
